Thus far, the Wilson High School Alumni Foundation has provided funding for the following:
- Commencement expenses
- Prom and grad night ticket subsidies
- Teacher grants for specific requests and teaching aids.
- School uniform clothing
- Recognition awards/special shirts for high achieving students
- Support for Carnegie Hall performance by music department
- Heavy duty tables/benches and umbrellas for the new sports pavilion, visitor side and quad area.
- Several campus beautification projects (trees/fountain)
- School spirit flags and display cases
- Grad nite funding for updates and maintenance
